Not in the way that Texas has been “back” several times over. Sam Ehlinger did sound cool when he said it post Sugar Bowl win over Georgia. Yet we all know Sark is not going to get it done down in Austin.
Alright enough with CFB, even thought it was a pretty good week 1. Football is back. Air smells different. A little more pep in my step. And we have football Wednesday through Monday. Football is back like it never left. Will be posting my playoff predictions before Sunday. First things first is the bets of the week!
We start off with a Super Bowl rematch, followed by a juggernaut matchup between loaded Rams team and Niners in Australia of all places. Stan Kroenke trying to copy his baseball team-owner-brothern Mark Walter in just getting the best players no matter the price or future consequences. We will see if there are SEC investigations into Kroenke coming soon. Myles Garrett and McDuffie - the best player in NFL and one of the best corners acquired this offseason and then they decide to just dust off future hall of famer, first ballot, no brainer, Aaron Donald. Just so stupidy dumb, but man will be fin to watch.
